If you’re a dentist in Minnesota, you may be eligible for assistance if you fulfill a three-year service obligation.
You must be a dental student, resident in a dental program, or licensed dentist. You also must fulfill the service obligation of devoting at least 25 percent of your time to patients enrolled in state public programs or who receive a sliding fee schedule for at least three years.
If you’re eligible, you can receive up to $30,000 per year for four years. Forgiveness cannot exceed your total loan amount.
